The Miracle for Africa Foundation is established to help
needy people and foster young leaders who will lay down
their lives for making a difference today and for generation
to come.
The foundation opened a general hospital, Daeyang
Luke Hospital in the capital city of Malawi, Lilongwe in March 2008. In a country where there is a severe
shortage of doctors-one physician available for every 50,000 people-we hope to bring relief to those who
seek medical care.
This hospital provides AIDS treatment for HIV-positive
mothers to prevent transmission to children, and a safer
place to give birth and receive immediate medical help.
We are not only committed to immediate relief, but also
aiming to deliver sustainable programs.
Our foundation launched three development programs
with the support of the Malawian government.
These programs support development of medical and education institutions, and aim for sustainable growth of
infrastructures. The schools and hospitals will serve for similar development projects in the future. We plan to expand our support to other African nations in need.
People living in Africa do not need all the possessions we require to meet our standards of living. What they actually need is an opportunity to make a difference in there lives. The Miracle for Africa Foundation kindly ask you to be a part of their lives and share their suffering and well-being. Your small contribution made today can make a big difference.
